In the meantime, here are some things to do in order to prepare for our visit to your home:

  • Vacuum. Our machine will pick up most, but is unable to get larger debris. Vacuuming before we arrive will certainly help get your carpets looking their best!

  • Move any furniture you want moved. Our techs do not move anything heavy or breakable. This includes beds, dressers, large tables, pianos, pool tables, etc...

  • Make sure there is parking for our van. We use a large van, so having space to park is essential. Our techs may need to utilize your driveway, so having it empty for them would be useful.

  • An outside water source is required for all carpet cleaning appointments unless prior arrangements have been made with us.  At this time, we are unable to hook to any indoor water sources such as sinks or laundry spouts.

  • You likely were given an arrival time window when you made an appointment with us. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide you with an exact time of arrival. By providing you an estimated arrival time window, this provides our techs enough time to drive between jobs. 

  • Because our truck-mount mainly utilizes water to operate, our machinery becomes inoperable if the outside temperature drops below 32 degrees. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible and work quickly to get you rescheduled.

  • SNOW: In the event we are able to work after a snowfall, PLEASE make sure your driveway and walkway has been shoveled prior to our arrival. Thank you :)

  • PAYMENT: Cash or check is preferred, but we also accept credit & debit cards for an additional fee of 3% added.
